Dropped from 113 to 103 kgs... Target is 90
(I already had some muscle mass)

Do it fellas, the way people treat you is so fucking better
It will be great for your confidence boost.

Whatever you eat, just only eat half of it.
Supplement that with salad and low calorie food.
Nothing more.
You'll start losing weight.
If you wanna lose weight faster... Start running and lifting
