no? u are talking about asia overall comparing it to singular countries and some cities in it lmao, not to mention the fact a lot of those poor Asian countries have pc bang culture instead of gaming at home, the same is also in some poor balkan countries

yes they are richer, not to mention internet in brazil is the best in all of latam and that its a very populated country with a good % of people being able to afford pcs, even if a 20% of brazil can afford pcs its already more or similar level to sweden which has almost a 100%

there is pc bangs in most countries, I live in a pretty rich country and there are pc bangs available for cheap, you are also commiting the mistake of thinking these countries arent rich enough for most people to be able to afford a decent pc, you dont need to be on western europe level to do it, I live in western europe and I could afford to buy a shit ton of pcs so why couldnt these countries even afford 1? idk what point you are trying to make, even if pc bangs culture is big in those asian countries, fps games are big in brazil and other CIS countries, just look at gaules m8, the numbers he gets are incredible, brazil is one of the most passionate about fps games and they very populated and rich enough for most to be able to afford a decent pc so idk what we are even discussing anymore, same goes for khazakstan, there is also 3-4 good khazak players so its an outlier, its not the norm for them to be good, another example is spain, movistar riders is a pretty decent team in csgo but there is literally no scene apart from them, its similar for khazakstan

idk anymore, I am getting confused because of the other brazilian idiot saying stupid shit, the thing is that you are underrating khazaknstan and some of the other countries, you dont need to be the richest country itw to afford a DECENT pc and also there arent many good khazak players, the ones that won a major are outliers, also pcs can last for a lot of years and sometimes replacing some components is enough so you dont need the biggest purchasing power to afford one

yeah kosovo is pretty poor, idk how it is in armenia but in most of western europe there is a good amount of pc bangs to go to, also they dont use the name "pc bangs" and arent quite like the korean ones but they work well, the thing is khazakstan is rich enough for its population to be able to afford pcs (at least a fair amount of the population) and produce some good players, they are also more developed than most asian countries outside of korea, japan, singapore, macao, etc.. I think in the end you have a wrong idea that a decent (not even a top pc) is not affordable for lesser rich countries, in my country if you want a pc that goes 300+ fps in valorant constantly it is something like 2000 euros, a decent one that can run valorant could even be for as cheap as 700 euros if you are smart with your money, its also an investment that can last for many years so its def affordable
