I am in trouble while doing bicep curls with 15kg my right arm can do 15 more reps then my left for some reason is there even a short term solution to fix this problem without losing strength on my right arm

stop overworking your right arm

i guess the best you can do is free bar bicep curls or machine curls to try and even it out

I had a serious injury on my left arm and I was training my right during that time I don’t even know if my left can catch up at this point but its only my bicep so I guess thats a plus

I have the same problem man and I look so stupid in the gym everytime I do that
