Why does it feel like Riot deliberately nerfed him before release itself. some simple buffs would have made him so good. For e.g- his bubble could have stayed after breaking the seal, his ult could have stunned faster(or for more duration), his walls could have more slow duration , tide wave could be bullet proof etc. Whatever they thought its not working-he has very low pick rate in ranked and I doubt any top pro team will pick him. They should buff him asap if they want to change meta
