how will the roles work?
you have 2 flex players (xeppaa & zellsis)
1 controller and 2 duelist players, if you want you can include leaf in flex as well

Xeppaa main initiator most likely. On maps like Bind, Haven, Pearl he will play Fade. He can't play Sova or Breach that much but I think he might transition into those roles now.
Zellsis flexes on Sentinel agents like Killjoy, Cypher like he used to under Vanity in V1. He may also play other agents like Kay/0 and Viper.
Leaf will most likely be the choice to play Neon/Raze on certain maps and probably agents like Skye and Kay/0 on 0 duelist maps.

Its literally optic with minor upgrades IMO
Leaf >= victor
Vanity > FNS in terms of fragging (IGLing questionable for vanity internationally)
Zellsis >= Crashies
Xeppaa < Marved
Yay = Yay

Leaf = Victor - Victor does his role the best but Leaf frags harder and has more potential on Neon

Crashies > Zellsis - Man this shouldn't be even considered. Crashies is so much more impactful on his role and the amount of LANs he's played compared to Zellsis also should play into question.

Victor is really good and proven internationally but leaf has some insane fragging power IMO, from 2021 champs and NA challengers he has been pretty good, though I feel like real comparison will only begin when we see both of them play internationally

About crashies, I actually agree with you. Zellsis is like a hungry fragger while crashies is what you'd call and impact fragger.
