RRQ shaping to be one of if not the worst team in Pacific, when all the teams around them are busy improving and trying to get better ahead of the upcoming scene they're still content with mediocrity at best. Gotta feel sorry for all the RRQ fans out there because surely they had high hopes when the franchise announcement came out just to see all these meh signings a couple of weeks later
