can t2 teams make it to lcq/champs /anything through ascension league, not just franchising

Yes, when they win the Ascension tournament, they get to play in the international league the following year and thus has the chance to play in Masters and Champions. But this year those who didn't make it into international league will not participate in those tournament at all

no they can only get a pot for next years franchised league and then they can go to global events...kinda bad imo
