East Asia(Japan+Korea+China) gets a region and apac+India+Oceania gets its own region.
Na should maintain its own region
Brazil and latam merge into one region.
Keep vrl for emea as a T2 scene
Maintain all Indian and Oceania circuits as a T2 scene
(VOT and skyesports championship series)
Keep all regional championships in all APAC regions as T2 scene
Create a new t2 na scene
