This tierlist is based on what the regions have achieved. BR is on top because champions is pretty much the top of top

Prove it. ONS were able to beat the same NTH who were on par with XIA. As well, PRX have lost the same amount of domestic matchups as DRX, which is only 1, so they’re clearly just as far ahead of their region as well.

PRX, XIA, BOOM are better than the top 3 of KR

XIA lost to NTH, which lost to ONS with 2 standins.
While the whole A>B and B>C = A>C thing doesn't necessarily work in Valorant, it's clear that a 2 standin ONS is gonna be less coordinated than NTH and yet they still won.

Nth is japanese...

  1. Japanese spearheaded by a Korean and led by another Korean.
  2. ONS beat that Japanese team.

they play in the Japanese region

if we are talking about East Asia, then yes, you can group Nth with the other Korean teams.

but the thread talked about KR.

Okay but how does that make it any different? NTH beat XIA at Masters, and NTH is being carried by 2 Koreans who played in KR, with a KR coach who also coached in KR, and they still lost to a KR team with 2 stand-ins.

I'm not grouping NTH with KR, I'm using NTH as a benchmark.

??????????

Northeption > Xerxia
then ONS (KOREA) > Northeption (that beat XERXIA)

ONS > XIA

The transitive property logic doesn't always work as there are stylistic matchups, but the reason I use this example is because ONS were playing with TWO STANDINS. just wanted to note that. not saying ur wrong

#35
sentinelmain377

Frags

yeah i also understand that
that would be me saying

PRX > OPTC
LEVI > PRX
LEVI > OPTC
which is not true

only reason why i said that is cuz of the standins (just like u said)

DUM ASS U CANT TALK
WHY U TALKING ABOUT FLAGS LMFAO

PROVIDE AN ACTUAL ANSWER

NTH (jp) > XIA (apac)
2nd Seed JAPAN > 2nd Seed APAC

ONS (kr) > NTH (jp)
2nd Seed KR > 2nd Seed JAPAN

2nd Seed KR > 2nd Seed JAPAN > 2nd Seed APAC

dum ass cant understand basic shit

#9

there's only one good APAC team too though

#14
RickyIndian

when you compare the top 3 teams of apac and kr, apac clears by a mile

and when you go further down the numbers, apac is so much better than korea

#22

DRX>=PRX

The rest are unknown. I don't think XIA > ONS at this point after seeing them play in LCQ. 3rd may be different, perhaps APAC is better in that regard, but ONS with 2 stand-ins already did better than XIA vs Northeption. And Northeption is carried by 2 Koreans.

BR cannot be on top just because LOUD won the champs, you can say LOUD is on top but BR ain't, one team effort cannot get you on top. If it was a BR region domination in the champs then yes but it was just LOUD single-handedly dominating the tournament.
