denmark has a really high english speaking population, turkey doesn't and champs 2021 didn't have any audience

Copenhagen has more english speakers than turkey does. + it would most likely be a prerequisite by the governing body. This isnt something new. Im pretty sure in R6 aswell they use native languages for shoutcasting.

95% of Danes know English while >20% of Turks know English

Well if you've noticed among turkish people or players in general, they prefer their home language than english and in Denmark english was not that much of a problem.
