That is the way riot puts them into tournaments but it seems silly to talk about regions strength and compare KR to EMEA, one is a country with 51m people and the other is a bunch of countries with 746m people (only including europe). regardless of who you hate or support the regions should be talked about are: EMEA, NA, SA, APAC
not sure now but I remember a while ago EMEA, NA, APAC all had similar player populations (don't remember what SA's was)
