If you watch the whole thing it kinda explains how at the end of the day it is an exploitive deal if they blew up, but these guys could’ve seriously benefited from it if they just worked and made better choices. They got signed at like 100 viewers.

The mob got censored pretty hard by 100t to be marketable.
I think shit could've worked out but covid fucked up alot of shit. Which led them to be less hardworking

The deal was basically we sign you get your name out and present you with brand deals. We pay you 2.5k a month salary and you take profits from YouTube and stream. not watching that video but froste was exposed for only streaming 40h a month and it was a well known fact that he liked to gamble (and then proceeded to complain about not having food LMAO)

TLDR: froste portrayed a poor work ethic, had a great opportunity to build a name for himself (and others as well), but were not dedicated to the grind
