i think chamber/jett/reyna are so oppressive in ranked because:

1. no one is willing to play agents that counter them like kayo/skye/fade
2. everyone is playing jett/reyna/chamber themselves so once again, they have no utility to push those type of characters off
3. no one knows how to use their utility to push off awpers
