Even when they can, they dont. Surely their Fracture isn't as horrible as their Bind because they are so horrible on attack.

Yeah liquid fracture id not that bad, but M3C on fracture just another level. Their bind is good, but i don't see the value of chamber here, jampi buy op on atk but waiting in a short that got blocked by smoke.

at least try to understand what's wrong with their attack strats. if you looked close enough, they weren't scaling off their utility very much if at all so their spacing got fucked up bc of it too.
