BR's 5 vcts = 1 playoffs (only because the format got them directly there) + FPX couldnt show up + only time they got results (what a coincidence!)
LATAM's 5 vcts = 3 playoffs. won in multiple instances against major regions, also KRU 5-0ed BR across 2 whole years.

yeah i think LATAM is better for sure, a one time performance in the worst vct in history means nothing, sorry!
