How is this game still so bare bones

It's been so many years. How is this game still look like its just in beta?

Graphics are like this so everyone can play the game reasonably well

And where is the tournament mode they announced like 2years ago? Lol the pace this game is progressing is insanely slow

i mean yea that is true

riot give new patches every two weeks but thats just agent buffs and nerfs and agents and maps release in new acts
they mostly buff and nerf the agents constantly mainly for esports

they dont really do much for the player base and that sucks
