Actually nothing guarantees that they are doing that rn. If BBL had ended up last and lost to VRL teams there would not be Turkish teams and Riot couldn’t do anything about it.

The fact that they have treated them like that doesn’t mean that they will in the future, or that is right to do so

You think Turkey is privileged, but there are 5 minor regions in Europe, if Europe gets 8 slots, each minor region gets 1.6 slots. and if Turkey gets 1 slot, this will not be a privilege

BBL isn't just getting a spot because it is a TR team it literally is the most popular team in the VCT in terms of views I mean go check esport charts if you want and Valorant is a huge game in Turkey so its understandable they would want BBL also Spain has 3 potential leaked candidates in the final so I don't understand your point

Exactly bro literally what you just said is what my whole argument is about. All I’m saying is that subregions shouldn’t have a defined amount of slots. Ofc fucking BBL is gonna make it they are huge, and maybe other Turkish teams too if that’s what Riot thinks they are the better candidates, never said the opposite. Just said this is not a matter of how many spots Tr should get, the debate should be about how many Turkish orgs are good enough

franchising is all about increasing both Valorant and the orgs profit so it does make sense that they give sub regions like TR slots I know it doesn't sound fair but Valorant is just way too big in these countries in fact if you check #21 you can see that TR is the second most popular country in valorant (with Brazil) only being behind NA but it only seems like 1 team from TR is going to be getting a Franchising spot which isn't a problem as most Valorant players in Turkey support BBL anyways
