The Reason why EU is so bad

Because all other regions have left CS:GO because they got extremely dominated by every EU team.
The best teams and players in the world haven't left CS:GO yet and when that happens they will dominate Valorant too.

It's like when NA switched to CS Source and had their own league because they had no chance against EU in CS 1.6. Same happens with Valorant.

Let those minor regions like NA have some fun while EU hasn't made the switch yet :)

thats not the reason, even if our best talents are in cs, we still have the best players in the world, we need challengers to be lan for players to get experience and honestly just improve firepower, there are some weak spots in every team, we have some serious paycheck stealers that have been there for a while because we were winning easily last year but now other regions have upgraded their firepower, we need to build some superteams

Nah, I think other regions are getting better and especially APAC. EMEA isn't bad nor great, the competitive Valorant scene is starting to look even between regions.
