My laptop just broke and I am looking for a good computer for gaming that isn't super expensive (gaming isn't everything after all). I know basically nothing about computers and what makes them good for gaming so any info is useful. Previously, I had a garbage HP laptop given to me from the military so really anything is a step up. Any info is useful including other equipment recommendations (mouse, headphones) Pls send help

1000 dollars, preferably a laptop but im open to look at anything. I'm not really sure what is considered max performance (like i said im new to gaming and computers) but ive only had a max 60 fps laptop so I mainly just want something with a better performance than that.

For a mouse, the Logitech g305 is pretty cheap and I found it to be very good for only $40

Just search on yt your budget -$- pc build
Things you find unnecessary or costly cut them
Focus on gpu and cpu if you want to play game
And buy SSD
Find cheap alternative for product you find costly
You can get 8+ gb ram too ig
Idk about us pc market

It depends on what you want

If your budget is $1000

For valorant and other fps games that are CPU based get something with a high end CPU

For gaming in general you can get a pc with a decent CPU and 3060 with that price

I hope you find a good pc

always get atleast 16gb ram

focus on gpu and cpu

get ssd for windows and hardrive for less important stuff

144hz monitor is amazing

for mouse i recommend glorious model o or d because they are only 50 dollars

for keyboard royal kludge is not too expensive

for headset logitech g pro is one of the best

monitor- msi, acer, and asus are good brands
