Seeding kind of means how low or high team is rated in region (placement). Higher seed teams are usually put against lower seed teams, so being higher seed is beneficial usually because then you will skip some of the harder teams and face weakest/weaker instead. And "seeding game" just means a game which only matters in terms of placements and doesn't change anything in chances of qualifying. And you get higher seeding by winning more games and placing top 1 in your group when it comes to VCT.

just a determining factor ... like rn Prx is 1st seed from MYSG whereas GE is 1st seed from SA .. who placed 2nd are 2nd seed from that region ... seed help determine which team to match .. usually higher seeded are matched against lower seeded so two good teams just dont match up early in tournament ... and in toourney like apac.. a higher region seeds are matched against lower or less competitve region seeds for same reasons..

Consider it as a ranking in a particular tournament, in a bracket there will be mostly 2 seeds ,a seed 1 and seed 2. The seeding is alloted according placements in a qualifier or the placements points in previous season which differs as the discipline of sports varies

Seed is something your father gave to your mother to summon you
