It was recently officialized that Stage 2 LATAM playoffs will be played on Argentina, and it will have crowd.
According to RiotTrooper (worker for esports production of Riot LATAM), the LCQ of Latam vs BR would be in the same place, unlike the previous LCQs of LATAM+BR, which were played in Brazil. So LCQ would be expected to have live audience.
