KOI will be almost 100% in franchising as Ibai in the last watch party of the vrl said: "dont mess with riot bc they can take our spot away" and yday some1 asked about this aska on the talkshow Universo Valorant and he just smiled and said idk

They kept mentioning Karmine Corp as a sure fire too, and they also confirmed 10 spots in EMEA.

Expected. Riot would be dumb not to get KOI and Karmine Corp. Influencer owned orgs are the future, look at BBL. No one cares about soulless orgs like Misfits, Rogue, SK Gaming etc.

What have they even do for the scene to deserve a spot besides ibai' watchparties.
In case they are accepted they should make a full remake or even buy m3c.

Helping the "scene" is the least important metric. N1 metric is proximity to Riot, n2 is financial stability. Both koi and Karmine spawned from within Riot's sphere of influence.

well obviously they need to make a good team to be in EMEA franchising that is what all the teams are going to do a and have to do to get the best players in EMEA in evrey team to be Tier 1

A lot of people didn't even know what an easport is and they discovered it thanks to Ibai with Koi or Kameto with KCorp (as examples), don't you think is that enought?
We are talking of hundred of thousands new viewers for LOL or Valorant... or new people talking about easports on social media everyday so all this get spreased over the world.

Yup, BBL should also make it in, maybe let it partner with some hyper-rich MENA org to tick the inclusivity box.

They'll need to start spending money then, their current roster isn't even close to being tier 1. Either that or just straight up snatch an entire roster from a top org that doesn't make it to the franchising league

Yes, Guild is not a suitable org for Riot and their actual roster is very good, so probably it will be sold as a roster or as individual players
