I don't understand why everyone is sort of okay with how useless phoenix is in ranked and pro play compared to other agents. Riot needs to do something about him right? Give him some buffs or redo his kit like Yoru. Something? Anything?

Why is not anyone talking about this?

It actually is, one of the devs on twitter confirmed that phoenix has been in the testing for a bit now but there's not a set date on them coming out
