Idk the game is stupid . Anything happens . You are constantly hitting someone with a vandal and suddenly the guy looks at you and gives an insta headshot . You see that not even 1 bullet gets registered. Same thing sometimes happens with phantom but less frequently. This is my theory , however it is for sure different for scream
