I'm just curious on other's opinions of Shahzam. Personally it seems he doesn't care as much anymore. He's the IGL and he's sentinels worst player at the moment. Tenz has been doing alright despite his aggro peaks. Dapr has seemed to have improved. Sick is great as usual. And I like Kanpeki. But shahz has not impressed me. Do you think if Sentinels signed a new IGL they would be better? Just curious.

Like nothing against him. I just think he's done competing and just wants to stream. Which is fine but don't ruin your teammates chances of competing.

Shahz is not the best player in Val but he is plenty good mechanical to only be second to TenZ in the team. He has taken up the positions Zombs plays and gave Kanpeki the agency to play freely. He can't play sentinels so he has to use Sova in those areas.

yeah you're right shahz's playstyle isn't as loose as it used to be. I remember originally when tenz wasn't in the roster shahz was the one being set up for everything but now that's changed a lot and it impacts his frags.

I wasn't saying my opinion was right. This is just what I have seen. He doesn't seem like his old self. I wanted to know if it was because he doesn't care or if it was a reason you explained. You have a good point about his new role.

honestly I think yes.. they have the potential.. and their main problem is starts, discipline and coordination.. with the right IGl and coach they will dominate for sure.. (I'm not saying shaz is a bad IGL.. he used to be very good.. but not anymore)

Usually IGLs have bad stats because they’re too busy calling to focus on aiming and playing very well. But with this team the calling is just so bad. It seems to be getting a little bit better recently, but I’d recommend this video to look at the current form of sen. https://youtu.be/nI7OIDhmxP0

Yeah and if I'm not mistaken Stellar is 100T's igl right? And he had a great game with greats calls against the guard. Not saying he always has great games but I feel shahz should be good enough to be atleast the middle of his team in frags. Either way good points ans thanks for the link!

That guy is so funny, he finds the worst NA matches and uses them as reasoning on why NA is shit. He trashes every region except EMEA. Look at the Guard vid where he's simultaneously bashing them for losing to PRX and calling PRX shit.

Without TenZ getting aggro and getting the amount of FBs as he does SEN doesn't get anything accomplished. Hindsight is 20/20.

that's the thing though tenz is the guy who can get a kill and get away even if he is in a disadvantageous position. But he is a human after all and playing against great players. So. if it works 8/10 times it's bound to fail 2 times. That's how it works

shaz is one of those na pros , who tried esport just to make their brands bigger and get steram views and then dip after that, the kind of pros who plays for money not glory , this is how eu pros sees "some" na pros and according to them for this reason that region isnt succesful in most esport titles , it the na culture all about brands and selling merch and getting sponsors
