Scream can 100% be the dualist they need but with team formation and him IGL'ing its not possible
He would still be the best french IGL they can aquire

These should be the correct changes for KC for next year On paper would be the best French speaking team they could form.
Not too sure about the coach except he tries enable screams decisions ( could still be a decent coach with a dedicated igl)
try coaching a team without a dedicated IGL...
There is a 3week break from End of the split and tokyo. alot more prep time.
Teams will still have to prep icebox until end of week 5 whilst prepping bind for when it comes in week 6. Prepping a total of 8 maps instead of 7 during the middle of a split.
Riot released ruling on new maps have to be in rotation atleast 4 weeks before its back in pro play.
i guess you don't care about competitive inegrity and like to see newer formed teams without a core struggle
