i play with a friend on my alt (i'm plat 1 he's gold 2 ) and when we play together i get horrible teammates and a decent team against me (at most plat 1 and at least gold 1) they're not insane but compared to my team every one does their job and like 9 out of 10 games the score will be me 19 to 30 or something and 2 teammates below 7 and it's very tilting and making the duo experience very shitty.
the strange part is this when i play alone 7 out of 10 times i get decent matchups with good teammates and balanced enemies even so there could be diamonds on the other team sometimes, and i'm starting to enjoy my solo q more.
i don't understand it, if it was random matchups when i duo i would get better results i feel like
ps: i peaked diamond 3 on my main
