I dont think so, its only called EMEA because on EMEA LCQ there is a slot for Striker Arabia winner thats where Middle East/Africa comes from not from CIS/Turkey, I guess they have their own qualifiers for ping reasons/turkey has inmense player base and viewership so it would be stupid to make them play in european qualifiers and most likely lose all that viewership and CIS has always had their own qualifiers in every game, like isnt NaVi a EU team in CS? CIS is kinda of a region within EU region
cuz normally duelist players are the star player/most skilled players and support players most of the times play that role because they are not good enough to play duelist, like for example cned and the some of the best support players, you cant compare them, support players can be good at their role but duelists are usually the best players thats why are put in that role, you cant compare s1mple and Xyp9x for example, you can be good at your role and be a good support but you will never be at the level of the best star players
bad take, you need a player that can actually play jett, nats playstyle is not that of a duelist, nats is probably better than deffo ye but nats case is pretty rare tbh, he is probably one the only players in the world who can be a superstar without playing duelist + deffo a better duelist
