Love how people now say that he is insane eventhough he constantly did crazy shit in G2. Heretics bought low and got high return.

Imagine thinking that a 19/20 year old guy is washed. Same goes for TenZ btw. Rain in CS:GO became a major MVP at 28, 3,5 years after he was last placed in the top 20 players list. Last year he was 13th place.
Who would have guessed that a community build on influencer pop culture is cringe for the most part. fr fr no cap.
... his name technically sounds silly but he is that good sthat his name become cool and maybe even intimidating.
Like if yay would suck we would all make fun of his name and would probably even underrate him but since he is the best his name has kinda became synonymous with exellence.
+1 and he also actually is a really good player
"He clearly said he can never be as good as s1mple as he lacked that much passion ."
Which implies he just needs the passion to be just as good which is just total nonsense.
The people who think that he is amazing are here, on HLTV everybody thinks that he was and is bang average at best
After that nonsense here some players who actually had/have the talent to be in that conversation but just didnt have the same passion.

What do people notice that aint a zoomer who doesnt know these names? Literally everybody can see that these guys are/were absolutely incredible if it comes to their talent. Nobody in Europe or south america thinks that shroud is one of them.
He is in the same caliber of players as Draken, nex and Aizy, and nothing more.
With the recent s1mple vs shroud debate you could clearly see that especially people from NA tend to have a very high opinion about him. Like there were actually people saying that shroud is in a similar class of skill as s1mple.
To all the people from NA, do you ACTUALLY believe that shit?
Like on international stages back in CS he used to be bang average at best. Literally all majors accept one he had a negative k/d ratio. Now here in Valorant people ACTUALLY suggested that he should be picked up by a franchised team, cuz he had 1 good map out of 7 or something. When they played against the guard that trent kid literally ripped his head off 12 - 1.
Funniest:
Most boring:
M8 you can bet your house it would have been different, they lost their igl and their best player.
But electronic is daddytronic and is almost 10 years older than her. Would be weird if mary is already a mum.
How could would it have been to see the frnch sniper himself play chamber and just shitting on everybody
Either Yay or nAts. Yay cuz he has been the best for around a year now and has had the highest peak.
With nAts you have to consider that he also is a full time law student while being a super star in valorant, imagine how good he will be once he can focus fully on valorant.
Also think about that. While nAts is a full time law student he is like a top 5 player in all of valorant for like a pretty low sallery, while people like stewie2k can burn other peoples money for 30k a month and then complain that they have to play on 10 am in the morning. Shows you what entitled clowns there are in the esports scene.
nAts to c9. (It was a rumor since c9 has the ex gambit roster in cs go, and the ex ceo of gambit is their coach, meaning they have connections to the cis region.
I dont know them, what have they done?
Hahaha you are just a hater. I just point out the obvious.
Havnt changeds it yet. Without Carlos G2 is just another org.
"It might take a little while for me to be fully ready at my peak, but I spent a lot of time during the break focusing on CS and improving stuff that is needed to compete at the highest level, both mentally and physically." implying he wasnt on his hight physically. He also talked about how he was under a lot of stress, which you might now makes his stomach issues worse. He kinda has these same issues gtr always had, he even went to hospital for it.
Okay, "we know that he had physical issues" might be a bit to much. I want to correct it to: It looks very likely that he also had physical issues.
Asstralis broke the team apart with their shitty management. From blasttralis that ruined their era, to the 6 and later 10 man lineup, how they just burned out the players. Yeah sure keep hating on dev1ce.
Nah, not ruined his career. If there is one player in the world where you can be sure that he will be right back in the mix it is dev1ce. He has lost so may times before he became the goat, always struggled with mental and physical health, has always been great no matter how good his team is for such a long time now.
This video talks about this a bit more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFfk0VETNyU , just a great video to understand who dev1ce is.
Also "Device was great but no "the most succesfull superstar"."
4 majors
2 Major mvps
1 intel grand slam
19 mvps
28 total events
HLTV top 20 for every year so far, only 2 times outside of the top 5.
Who comes even remotely close to that?
A mix of both honestly. Do you remember the clip of devi1ce saying some pr shit to some investors of something where he said something along the lines of that NiP is miles ahead of astralis? A clip that should have never been used but somehow landed on Nips social media. He got a lot of hate for it and his old team mates replied boken hearths or something. Thats just out of memory.
The situation with anonymo durring flashpoint 3 was also awfully handled by the org, which also resultued in a lot of hate towards dev1ce. Then he had with some bum academy player all the time while they were finding a new player.
The benching situation was also badly handled. No updates what so ever. They probably didnt want to continue with him durring the last few months and just tried to sell him. I think he would have played, you cant tell me that device rather wants to play faceit all day for a fraction of his sallery when he could play on big stages for a high amount of money.
"fuck off." What the hell did i do to your ass? I just thought you just never watched CS and i tried to inform you, how am i supposed to know what esports you follow, do i know you? Why do you insult me?
I will give you that. Even though i think their culture is a bad influence on others. Should have expended on that point.
Look up the interview with Luis Miraa. He aluded to the fact that his stomach condition kicked in during that time.
Never mind just saw that you are trolling, some of that shit is funny tho.
Sure, they handled their team bad, but nothing immoral has happened here, they just suck and do not know how to run an esports team, just like NA CS orgs.
What am i supposed to do? Look that shit up and then come back, am i a news site or an encyclopedia?
I come from CS, so i only know what they did there, but it always has been their flagship title. Back when CS:GO came out the org decided to make a swedish super team that dominated the early days of counter strike. Fifflaren (A player from that era) later held an interview about all the stuff the org did to them and what kind of assholes work there as the staff. (To much to talk about, just watch the interview)
Back when that Fifflaren guy retired, they essentially did what Astralis has been doing for the last few years, which is abusing their name to sign naive players to shitty contracts and tank their entire career.
The latest scandal has been when they made their big block buster move when they signed Dev1ce, the most successful CS:GO super star of all time from astralis. Oh man, it is so much to talk about. It essentially ended in the fact that dev1ce benched himself due to mental heath (and now we know also physical health since he always had a condition that got worse with stress, and NiP put him under a lot of stress), then rotting on their bench for 10 months until he was just recently bought out by astralis again.
This List is not about how successful the org is, it is how inmoral their behavior has been.
Which team would you add??
Good list but imo you really underrate Chronicle considering he was the best player in the world in late 2021.
People always seem to talk about how yay has either incredible aim, or how he shows insane game sense in certain scenarios, but imo one of the biggest strengths of yay is that he does close to no mistakes. When have you ever seen that guy overpeek? When he repeaks it is usually a risk that is worthwhile taking. Now, this could be the case because yay is to passive, but his impact and his kills speak for it self. This paired with his consistency makes him the dream of a coach, since you will always get a certain value out of him, no matter his day to day form and it also ensures economical stability since the op is really expensive.
This is also especially incredible if you consider the fact that he HAS to get very high value as an oper, since a oper who doesnt kill is wasted money. If a rifler overpeeks it is far less devastating than if a oper overpeeks.

How can people think that player x is past their prime when the game is only 2 years old?
How can you say that somebody is past their prime when the game is like 2 years old?
No order
Imagine thinking that a 20 year old is past his prime cuz he didnt have an insane year. This guy is delusional.
Honestly it is really hard to talk to you since you seem to take this kinda personal. I just wanted to hear a different perspective and tried to discuss this conversation further, but honestly it is just not possible with you.
From what i have played League is just a easier Dota. I played that game for around 1k hours. So i think i know a bit about Mobas. The issue for me is that s1mple is the goat of CS WHILE every single metric was against him. He always had to to play with shit players in a shitty enviorment, against the greatest team of all time, had his peak when there were no majors, has been in the conversation for best player in the world for 6 years, and has improved every single year. Now while his country gets invaded, his family is endangered, and he hasnt seen his home for over half a year, there still isnt even a debate on who will be the best player of 2022.
The enviorment he has been in has been so unbelievably bad, that it is even unreal that he is in the conversation of being the best CS:GO player, but he puts everybody to shame. Which is just unreal to me. There has never been somebody who had so many odds stacked against him and still is that good, i am sorry, but in this aspect Faker doesntn come close. Thats like Jordan, who was called the best even back when he never won a title.
"he hates on DRX" Lmao hahahaha
So when i do not suck DRX dry like everybody else and point out that they might have some issues i am a hater. Sure m8.
No Zywoos peak aint better than s1mple wtf.
He has good aim, and? This could make you the best awper but this alone doesnt make you the best rifler. He aint even in the top 3 of french scene in CS:GO. KennyS, Shox and Zywoo are and were all better. RPK was literally the greatest source player and NBK is also a contender since he is the complete package.
