I thought LCQ was fine because is similar format of Masters Berlin (probably Champions format).
unlike NA and EMEA, since stage 1, Riot Brazil never changed to a better tournament format , so outside of challengers finals the rest of the format sucked.
Full Sense is looking pretty good to me
unfortunately there isn't
sacy might retire to become fulltime streamer
Australs ban Bind; Furia ban Icebox; Australs pick Split; Furia pick Haven; I don't know the last one
It feels like they aren't top 4 team anymore, I think some of the players can't adapt and play more agents also they have weak map pool but they can still surprise in LCQ
Brazil
1) Vivo Keyd
2) Havan Liberty
3) Team Vikings
4) Furia
5) Sharks? Stars Horizon? Gamelanders?(Not sure about this one )
Japan or Turkey are probably the third most popular region instead of Brazil, Masters Tokyo would be fire

I think hyeoni will destroy
Furia
nAts
Ludwig(Valo Streamer probably Sick or Sideshow)
Should be fun, in 2 matches Australs won 3 maps against KRU but I believe in the boys on Furia
NA: 100 Thieves( or C9 if 100 T qualify)
EMEA: G2 (but who knows)
APAC: Nuturn
SA: Australs or Furia
Gambit because nAts is one of my favorite players.
It won't never occur just look on LoL international tournaments, maybe they will make play-ins in the future so the main events can have stronger teams .
Time to find out who is the best team in the whole Latin America, hope to see a good showing from both teams.
They used a triple initiator comp(sova, skye and breach) , using utility very well and looked like the best tactically team in Brazil beating Vikings, Stars Horizon and Furia only losing 3 close maps to Vivo Keyd in the final.
Could be many issues, for example in the 100 Thieves vs Havan Liberty match, Liazzi's keyboard layout was reverse a couple of rounds
my favorites are Sentinels vs 100 Thieves(First Strike), FPX vs Acend (Masters 1, first time I saw cned playing) and Nuturn vs V1(Masters 2)
btw who is the Vision Strikers igl now?
I'll take all the copium, go VK!
thanks for the write up, I will keep my eye on Paper Rex and Bren.
I saw some tierlists and predictions putting Bren, Paper Rex, Zeta Division, Crazy Raccoons(and even F4Q sometimes) as the weakest teams in the tournament so I want your guys opinions about how strong the asian teams are and how far they can go, How you guys are feeling about JP/SEA/KR teams?
If I have to guess It's probably something related to teams that cancel or troll scrims against them
It is, lmao but the order is reverse
Brazilian fanboys
Its literally one dude and the most obnoxious one
take a break and then switch to the manga , punk hazard is a bit boring aswell and the next arc after that is long
It will probably be like this(my prediction):
A: NA1 + EU4+SEA1+BR2
B: EU1 + NA3+JP1+SEA2
C: KR1+EU2+LATAM+JP2
D: BR1+NA2+EU3 +KR2
fra(Sharks igl) said in the podcast that Europe reinvent themselves very fast and the difference between them and Brazil is that Europe are better in every aspect like reaction time, comps makes a lot of sense for what the European teams like to do so you see a lot of things that you don't see in Brazil like different styles of play and teams that get out of their comfort zone , e.g. Sharks practiced against Team Liquid like 4/5 times and every time Team Liquid used a different comp. Like Noyn mentioned in the other thread, fra said the 4/5 teams who possibly qualify (or even win Berlin) were Acend, Supermassive Blaze, Team Liquid, FPX/G2 and that Acend and Supermassive were another level. In the VCT BR stream fra also mentioned that 2 good things that Europe have are that reaction time to make decisions are faster and the ability usage is better, gaabx said that Europe plays the "true valorant" and they practiced against of all the teams in Europe(here, he mentions G2, TL, forze, Navi and Gambit).
Fra was right, Supermassive vs Acend should be interesting
Very likely imo, as long they don't lose to Furia tomorrow they will qualify but if they lose, the lower bracket is a lot harder this time around compared to pre Iceland
It's unclear who is the best right now but Havan Liberty and Sharks are looking good, Stars Horizon and Furia can surprise and Vikings can make a comeback
The bracket is right
'vencedor' means winner
'perdedor' means loser
If I have to say one it is probably FURIA, they have the biggest firepower in Brazil imo but they ego peek a lot and don't play as unit, many of the rounds that they won by individual plays of qck and nzr .
Team Vikings - the best and the most consistent team in Brazil(won masters 1 and stage 2 challengers finals ).
Sharks Esports - They recently were in Europe to bootcamp, scrimmed against the top EMEA teams, people are really curious to see how much they improved.
Stars Horizon - A "new team" that were able to beat a couple of top teams in Brazil, I'm curious to see how they will perform.
Gamelanders Blue - They have the best Brazilian player(mwzera) and probably the best Astra in the country(Belky).
These are the 4 teams who are the favorites imo, some Brazilians may disagree with this list.
Brazilian teams are getting better tactically and more flexible with agents and comps but I still don't think they can't beat NA, EU and KR. fra(igl of Sharks) recently was asked in his instagram stories if Brazilian teams can make top 4 an international event, he said that will take a lot of bootcamps to Brazilian teams make top 4 and that Brazil is behind in many aspects.
Even if they sign an igl they don't have time, Brazil Challengers Playoffs is next week so unless a miracle happens I don't see them qualifying for Berlin.
I don't know, I just glad that they have 3 slots so we can finally see how good they are
