to me its obvious her aim is at a franchising (top of franchising) level, the part that is hard to see is the other things that come with being t1 like you are saying, the thing is i think she is a good enough player all around to compete in t1, there are countless examples (demon1) (n4rrate) etc of players who pass the eye test but havent proven their skill at a tier 1/2 level, who then enter tier 1/2 and dominate.
replace flor with any tier 1/2 duelist on SR in open quals and they lose in the same round, you have no idea how much a team contributes to a duelists ability to get kills.
if you think flor couldnt hold her own in tier1/2 ur braindead and prob silver. shes a better shooter than 90% of franchised players, put her on a good team and she would do good in any league

demon1 got beat by complete randoms when he was in tier 3, people dont understand how much your supporting casts contributes to a duelist's ability to get kills flor has proven she can beat good players, she smurfed in funhavers on current (at the time) challengers teams and players
