Looking at today's performance I think GE got a chance to qualify for Playoffs
Matches against DFM,RRQ and Zeta should be easy for them
Matches against PRX TLN are quite tough but GE got a shot against them too
Matches against GenG and TS would be tougher
But the problem is what if SkRossi replace Wronski or Bazzi next game they have to start from scratch again

But I think LCQ would be fair shot for them they might have chance to win LCQ knowing that DRX ,TS and GenG are most likely to qualify

It might be true GE received there visa almost a week ago. They are only saying that they didn't receive there passport's but does it take this much long to receive your passports after visa Clearance. Also 1st April is around and GE have a Thing of pranking around SkRossi .

For me the main problem for liquid is not deciding which should play which role. Like Soulcas is playing controller 1 game and Initiator the next

What maps do think are most fun to watch In Esports
For me

Lotus:- New map not set meta every other team play with different agent comps and I think except pheonix Every other agent was played on that map.

Pearl :- Same as Lotus After chamber Nerf every team/region almost tried different set of agents some tried double Initiator some tried double Controller (Har our Viper) some play fade some sova. No set meta on that map yet

Icebox:- I don't know y but after seeing Fnatic' comeback,This map just became my fav one. Some teams run Double sentinal with sage some teams run Double initiator trading kayo with Sage and some teams still play no duelist on Icebox.

Split:- After the comeback of split map in the pool Teams have tried different comps. Some play classic Ascend comp while some play Double Initiator some play Double controller no Sentinal sage comp. The different style of gameplay truly entertain audience

Hevan :- In this map though teams play pretty standard comp Breech sova KJ Jett omen it is pretty fun to watch as the amount of strategy team build on this map is insane

Ascent :- Though being a Beautiful map to play on , Watch Esports match on this map is very boring, Every teams Play the same agent comp(Sova Kayo omen Jett and KJ doing same shit every game. I liked how Loud Tried bringing Skye and Viper on this map To change the perspective of this map .

Since Week 1 is over Teams saw there weak points and strong points so Here are the changes that I think Teams might do to perform better in week 2 .(Its ok if you don't read that long just point out the teams u thing i went wrong with )

1) DRX :- probably no change Except they can bring Buzz back instead of Foxy9 But doesn't matter both are incredible on Jett

2) GenG :- They played Good In 1st week but let's be honest they played RRQ probably the weakest team in the Pacific League so I can't think of any change they can bring may be making sylvin go main controller instead of TS and King does the IGL job

3) PRX :- they looked scrappy in front of DFM (might just be trolling or DFM just really played good) But they need to fix alot of things like the comps they play , no chance they can beat DRX or GenG with those comps
4)Team Secret :- TBH I didn't watch there match so can't tell much about it.

5) T1:- They played really good in front GE knowing that GE was fav to win that Series. I like their team more with intro instead on Ban . I don't think Ban fits in there playstyle and TBH intro is way better compared to Ban

6) Global Esports :- Cant say much about them Slow start Some players have issue with visa and all. May be just banning lotus might be a good option for them coz they played that map twice and got destroyed both of the time . SkRossi in place of Bazzi and LF in place of Monyet or Wronski might be a good gamble for them coz DRX have never played against Indian players before.

7) Talon :- There series against was the best series in Week 1 compared to other and may be just sticking to a playing 5 would be better for them rather than swaping players every map.

8) DFM:- Compared to the expectations people had with this team they performed really good . May be sticking togather and Bot giving 1v1s would be better for them

9) Zeta :- I don't know about this roster since the chamber went out of the meta this team has always lacked . They can't decide wat agent should Laz play .he played KJ in Lockin Event and now he is playing sova . Also I never thought them as a great team.

10) RRQ - agh what can I say They signed players based on the power of Friendship. JUST SIGN GOOD INDO players That it .

These are my take on week 1 prediction and week 2 changes teams can make

GE beating Zeta DFM RRQ and TS mark my Words

I totally don't like GE's comp on every map they have shown
Split- VIPER ASTRA RAZE SKYE SAGE

looks A bit decent but a Jett for Sage could be a better pick as Jett is much more better with the awp. Also Attacking would be better . If not Jett Killjoy or cypher could be a option too

Hevan:- KAYO. SKYE. OMEN. JETT. KJ
Not running a breech nor a sova is not ideal on a map like where there are so many angles to clear and not have a counter to that lockdown is also a problem.

Lotus :- JETT RAZE. BREECH. KJ. OMEN
This is by far the most shit comp I have every seen on a map like lotus. Lotus is a very big map and it requires utility to play around the map and playing a double duelist comp with no Info gathering initiator is very bad .

Pearl :- Fade Kayo Jett Astra KJ
This comp is fine but with this Set of agents Sova Fits better Fade . Also Sova is a direct counter to KJ he can break her ult destroy Alarm bot with Shock dart.

I don't think Today's GE loss will Determining their VCT run
Like we all know SkRossi was in Playing 5 and Wronski was not even Practicing with team before. Also They didn't get to prac that much with Wronski as Ayrin was in NA till 20Th March so a 4-5 day Prac is not enough to adjust as a team.
Probably after this Loss they prac hard enough to atleast put up a fight against DRX .
Maybe Trying LF on primary controller and Monyet on secondary controller on maps like Pearl Split and Lotus.
Maybe Wonski swap for Rossi and Bazzi staying in the playing 5 who knows

Also Ayrin had a Horrible Last map .

What are your take on Japanese Franchised teams
I think Giving 2 Franchised teams to Japanese region was Not a good region expect a team from Vietnam or Oceania could have been a better pick for the Franchise league

Like Detonation Gaming Is so down Right know everybody thinks they will bottom the Pacific League
And Zeta Everyone thinks they will perform good in league but there recent performance was not as good as there Master run where they ended 3rd
I don't think Zeta will perform good this tournament coz
Lazz is not on chamber
They can't decide the roles of Tennin and Crow

Sugarzero is the only good player from their Teams

For Me Americas and Pacific Ascension would be more competitive compared to EMEA ascension
America's Because the tier 2 NA is so strong and Tier 2 SA looks good too

In Pacific Ascension Teams from MY/SG , JP ,KR looks strong to fight for that 1 Spot. I don't really know about other regions . Though South Asian Region might be the weakest in the league but the only 2 teams that can qualify are OG and VLT and Both have Good import players which can fight for that APAC ascension spot.

EMEA ascension Would be doomed. I don't really know any good teams apart from ACEND and Parla eSports

Mollies reduced to 1 but She can pick her molly up and can re use it after the barrier

And Turret can only shoot and spot to a limited range may be 10-20m
Reduced the detained time to 5 sec instead of 10

Jett :- i think Jett is the most balanced agent in the game her pick rate went up coz chamber got nerfed to the ground. Dev should Just buff chamber a little bit so Jett and Chamber have a healthy Pick rate instead 1 just out picking other

Can't think Of Kayo and Viper as I think instead of these agents being powerful, The counter agents are just too weak
Like Kayo is direct competition to Skye and Breech
So Skye buff can Reduce kayo's pickrate

Same for Viper Harbour is just too weak as a Solo Controller compared to Viper

So Rossi is Grinding Jett most of his Games in Ranked (I know it doesn't matter what agent you play in ranked ) but SkRossi rather every GE Always Play those agent which He will be playing in official matches

For me the 2 teams that will be qualifying for Masters Tokyo Would be DRX and Talon

I don't think PRX Will make this time as they Play very unorthodox and Teams in. Franchise might know how to counter them

Same goes for GenG they played very good against LOUD but I feel like it was not them playing good rather LOUD 2 new players feeling the pressure of their 1 LAN event in front of a LOUD crowd . Like Who will come up with 5 man B main push in a OT when you are losing

Zeta Never felt that good after Masters Iceland

T1 got destroyed by Furia in their 1st Game like they won only 6-8 rounds in 2 maps So I can't say Much as they added Intro Who is really a Good player

Can't say about GE they looked lost in 2 maps Against VIT + I think they are having roster issue as they thought of playing 1 Indian player only whereas I heard someone saying there should be 2 players from same region
