The term is easy to understand cross-fire, but how is crossfire formed and how can it be perfect in such a way that instant trades can happen?
From what I can understand without any clue of forming crossfires, you will know that you are in crossfire when you can see your teammate in your POV/is very near and they can see you in their POV/is very near along with the target where both are looking. Now this doesnt means that ones should always be at 90° of angle. How will you form a crossfire?

hold different angles almost or near to opposite and watch the same spot
instant trades happen when the enemy tries to clear your/your teammates spot, and even if he shoots at you, your teammate gets the trade because you both were watching the same angle
perfecting crossfire = your teammate is holding a hard to clear angle/difficult to spray transfer onto your 2nd guy even if the enemy expects the crossfire

examples are:
HAVEN C Site retake situation: You are in default and your teammate is on graffiti, 2v1 situation and enemy is coming from ct, graffiti player has first contact and you swing just as contact happens
BIND Hooka: You are CT playing 2 guys hooka, you are playing one guy on the left and one on the right so that when enemies come from the attack entrance to hookah you can easily hold that choke, this usually works better in CSGO or in valorant if the enemies have no abilities that are useful to get you of those positions, so basically this type of crosshair is effective because if the enemies enters hookah no matter if he watches left or right he is gonna be shot in the back and 99% dead, use this one in late round situations specially.

there is no really any specific ways of forming crosshair, its just something natural, there are very common crossfires like the ones I mentioned but then there is almost limited crossfires so it comes down to using this tactic effectively in late round (mostly when enemies try to retake) situations so you can have an almost 100% chance of winning those advantegous situations, these are sometimes not used properly by some lower tier teams which is kinda sad so if you master these you can have big advantage over other teams if you are looking to compete
