Starting on 303 Esports and the Silk Road, I really was a doubter from when BBG signed their academy team
We see the same instance with the guard; time and hard work with a consistent roster breeds positive results
In the span of a few weeks, theyve gone from an inconsistent t3/4 na team to a seemingly dependable t3/t2 team, beating out TB, Complexity, and most notably, Gen.G

+1111111111 303 esports was really bad at first ngl. Chemistry really is key and these guys stuck together even without a paycheck. The main reason why people can't stay with a roster is bc of money and whatnot. The real way to make a good team is to stick together.
