some people aim with their wrist, some people aim with their arm, some people are hybrid. just personal preference

I will start doing strech but I heard strech before you get injure not after you feel it

(after you feel it its late)

do some stretches, use your arm to aim more, play less in a day, make sure you keep your wrist in a neutral position when aiming and not to twist it too much

stretch switch to low sens to use ur forearm more. Stay active. Go to the gym regularly. Last resort: take a break (useful for regaining motivation)

Yeah I think i take those steps

I will go easy a little bit if i start feel pain + do streches from now and if its too much might go doctor and take break

i used to feel wrist pain, for a while then i started going to the gym and I havent felt wrist pain in a year and a half. (being physically healthy also makes u better in game faster reaction, better mouse movement etc.) physical form is really underrated but its a rly good idea for mental health and overall feeling better.

all good just try to stay healthy, and it'll be better. Carpel-tunnel is chronic so try to avoid starting to get wrist pain, and if u do take a break. Not just going to the gym but being active and moving a lot is going to help either way. Keep yourself safe brotha.
