Pretty Reliable since XTR is the same guy who leaked all of Fade's abilities with that one screenshot where the hands ended up matching the full body image of Fade. Apparently XTR has some inside guy who DM's him all the pics

UPDATE: The recent playtest of Fade proved that the leaks by XTR were true, this means that the rest of the skins have a very high chance of also being true.
