was reading an interview and saw this

Last year, there were many restrictions on third-party competitions. However, with the recent growth of Valorant e-Sports, there is a movement to hold competitions outside. For example, there was a request from overseas to invite Korean players to hold an offline tournament, or there was a proposal to hold an online tournament by inviting a number of Asian teams. There are plans to accommodate this aspect in the off-season in the future.

in addition, Riot Games will expand its own amateur competitions. Amateurs who aspire to become professionals desperately need opportunities to improve their skills. Starting this year, we are working hard to hold a contest related to this.

after champions we might see more multiregional/offline tournaments coming alongside a real amateur/t2 circuit??
