150k buy out, thats not crazily inflated for buying a player from a T1 org in EMEA. The biggest part of the fee is Ardiis personal requests to make it worth it leaving England for Singapore. Nothing to do with the market

Well. Every single org wants to put their hands on that skin bonus from the champions! How much was it last year? More than 10 million dollars?

It's not crazy. You're asking the main jett of the best team in EMEA right now to transfer to a country he hasn't ever lived in before, to leave his friends and family and live in a different culture. You're also asking him to play in a less exciting region for a team you know that's rich (of course you're gonna ask for more) and with players he doesn't know that well (asides from pyth).

kinda crazy for a game where pros play a few big tournaments a year if they are at the very top and the other tournaments have a prize pool of their weekly wage. Also since the game is new these players could easily flop at the next meta change.

Especially the VAL prizepool for masters and champs isn’t great either

Am I the only one who thinks its a very reasonable price? (except the signing bonus, which still I understand because he would have to move to Singapore)
