Best Timezone for Master and Champion

South American Timezone. If Riot holds their international tournaments in Brazil or Chile it will be good for the majority of the international fanbase. South American business hours generally start at 6am-6pm and taking into account that Riot starts broadcasting here at 4-6pm, it matches the time people in Asian countries are waking up and also matches the time people in North and South America are coming home from work/school. The only places that would be negatively affected is in Eastern Europe, while in Western Europe it would not be so late at night.

yeah this resolve all the complains about problems with the timezones and can adapt it for putting asian matchs early while west matchs play more late on schedule = everyone can watch your teams play.

lol but where is the Riot studio in Brazil and around literally no crime happens, it is only dangerous if players want to do a touristic tour in favelas or commercial areas. The touristy places are well enforced by police and several times safer than walking through the safest place in mexico or detroit.
