Even online or lan i barely see any bo3 series w/o a tech issue, even on other esport games it is happening very often. Breaking the momentum is key in every competitive game. Sometimes the pauses are so sus. Im not saying everybody doing it to break momentum, but i dont think that all the tech timeouts are legit. But we have to admit that it's pretty hard to monitorize.
TLDR: no tech issue, just breaking momentum with a break
