SEA vs SA

I miss events like the Zotac Cup and the TEC, and I believe that now is the ideal moment for a Mickey Mouse tournament for sea vs sa, especially since they're gearing up for stage 2. There are a lot of Mickey Mouse tournaments in North America, and I wish we could have something similar here. Thoughts?

enigma doesn't bring viewership as much as vlt ge sadly, only enigma vs t1.5 team barely hits 1k

Riot restricts inter regional matches so its very hard for organisers to hold such tourneys
