flying to serbia

why couldn’t shao and suygetsu fly to serbia then to iceland? borders are now closed, but that was after fpx dropped out. if they didn’t want to play without ange1 i understand
also this is kind of a legal loophole so maybe not on second thought

They are Russian so not allowed in Iceland doesn't matter what route I think
