korea was the best in 2016 2017 2018
na was the best in overwatch's last relevant year as a international esports 2019.

everyone plays ow from 2016-2019
korea is best for the first few years.
then na stomps kr in world cup and wins it.
a full na team was better than a full KR team of the best players they could put into a roster.

2019 was na>kr believe it or not.

then valorant releases in 2020, all top na players switch because ow sucks and it has no future as esports. hence it loses relevancy internationally and there is no point discussing something which isnt even played anywhere else. OW was relevant 2016-2019 and those years are the only ones that matter if you want to fairly compare regions.
