i used to think the same, but NAAAAH DUDE it's actually true it's not that they're 1 tapping it's this weird combination of bad teammates and the enemy team having 1 more good player i'm diamond-immortal rn but i remember my worst matches were gold and silver lobbies i always top fragged like 22-35 every game and i would lose half of them bcz of bad teammates, i swear there were people moving the mouse like they're using a steering wheel, there were games where i lose and don't frag but it's also bcz of bad teammates just dying in the first 10 second and u have to play 1 v 4 or something, after i got to plat 3 mostly my games were much much more enjoyable and balanced, every one knows how to do their job, every one knows how to help eachother and from there on i started improving steadily.
Moral of the story silver gold lobbies are very hard to get out of u literally need luck or u need to be an immo 3 or above player to carry the whole team ur playing with or it's gonna be a fucking hell
i was stuck in gold top fragging for a longer period of time than it took me to get from plat 1 to diamond 3
