Yo, can someone please tell me how tf this site's ranking list works?

For example, in the Rise vs EG game, EG had 1757 points and they won. It says EG got +31 points for the win, but in the rankings, it says that they now suddenly have 1763 points, so they only gained 6 points, like wtf is this? Rigged list or something?
