Apparently seoldam (korean jett) has Rio Company mentioned on his twitter profile. Probably signed to Rio Company besides moothie? Anyone has any idea about it or thoughts?

thats his agency, its to help him with signing/finding teams or legal issues
rio company has been gone as a team since stage 2 and probably isnt coming back which sucks because they could easily take on vs :(

I checked moothie's profile and he mentioned it as agency as well but the guy is actually signed to rio company

No, he is not signed in to a roster. I think Rio is his agency
