its like 2 minutes, so you can literally look at their setup and then call a timeout and tell your team exactly how they play and rotate.

2mins? ah now that makes sense. but like why not just increase the stream dealy to like 5 or 10 mins instead of making new rules cuz there is no way riot can control this in online tournaments
