I play fingertip with 3200 dpi x 0.175 in game sens. That's 560 EDPI. With this sens I can have full control without moving my arm at all. Some examples of pro players who use high sens and fingertip are scream (400 x 0.965), hiko (1600 x 0.26), and asuna (1400 x 0.295)
tip: if you're wondering why i use such a high dpi, i find that a higher dpi can make it easier to transition to a higher sens
