its def. Poland imo.
They have so many top tier players and still all polish team can have success besides that i would like to see top polish team under the name of VP maybe...

Lithuania is pretty fairly rated imo. Everyone is seeing vitality doing good, LDNUTD is also on the come up, and theres of course nukkye. So I think that Lithuania is actually getting good recognition without being overrated.
