basically saw disbanded because of Rito gomes ruling on the regional league and getting a slot became really really hard.

Should have been part of VRL: Rising which consists of Spain/Portugal/Italy but because rito already booked 9/10 of the slots for rich/more popular teams for Spain it made it much harder to qualify.
